Terms and Conditions


These conditions of sale apply when you buy goods from us. If you have any question concerning these terms of sale, please contact us by sending an e-mail to 'info@my-rainbow.de'.

Before you place an order, you should print or save a copy of these terms and conditions as a reference for your order. Please note that the conditions may change in the future. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. To place an order in our web shop you must confirm that you have read and understood these conditions of sale. Otherwise you will not be able to complete the ordering process.

At the end of these conditions of sale you'll find some definitions for important words we use in the following.

Ordering and submitting orders

If you want to buy goods from us, you can use the ordering process on our website to place an order. Alternatively, you can also place orders by e-mail.

Every purchase order represents an offer to purchase our goods. Orders must be accepted by us and we may refuse to accept your order at our discretion if:

1. Orders cannot be processed because you have given incorrect information, for example due to incorrect payment card number, wrong expiry date or wrong security number, incorrect billing information (e.g., if the billing information given by you differs from the data stored by the bank issuing the payment card), incomplete or incorrect delivery address (i.e., street, city, state or zip code) or intended fraudulent information.

2. There is an error on our website in relation to the goods that you have ordered, e.g., concerning the indicated price or description of the goods on our website; or

3. The items ordered on the website are no longer available.

If we cannot accept or process your order, we will send you a message as soon as possible to the e-mail address provided stating the reasons.

When you place an order on our website, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to you after the receipt of your order within a few minutes. If you do not receive any e-mail, please look at the e-mail address you gave us because it might not be correct. Please note: This order receipt confirmation sent to you via e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Please check this confirmation carefully and contact us – info@my- rainbow.de - if you have any queries. Making changes to an order once it's been confirmed might be difficult but if you contact us as soon as possible we will do our best to help you!

Our acceptance of your order is confirmed with the shipment of all goods or parts of them ordered by you. We will send you an e-mail as soon as we ship the goods ordered by you, which confirms the acceptance and processing of your order. Our contract is effective as soon as we confirm the shipment by e-mail.

We always try to ensure that the prices and other product details are correct on our website. If there is a problem with one or more of the ordered items, we can cancel the order according to the above paragraph 1.(II). If we cancel your order due to an error, we will contact you through the provided e-mail address asking you if you still want to order the product(s) once we have corrected the error. If we have already informed you the acceptance of your order, we will not require that you pay a higher price other than the specified price at the time of your order on our website.


Product availability

We use a “traffic light system” to illustrate the availability of the goods on our website. If the “light” is green, it means that the product is generally available. Due to logistical and organizational reasons, we cannot guarantee that goods will actually be available.

We reserve the right to modify at any time and without previous notice the information on the goods displayed on our website, for example, information on price or availability of goods or description of goods. However, we will not change the price, description or the availability of products after we have accepted your order.

If anything you have ordered and already paid for is out of stock, we will refund it immediately to your bank or PayPal account and contact you by email about that.



International deliveries are possible and we ship to all countries outside Germayn and within the European Union at EUR6.95 for standard postal service. Please notice that our webshop does not realise automatically where you order from and so please choose by yourself the right costs of shipping that you'll in a list you can click at when ordering.

All goods are sent via the Deutsche Post / DHL. When you look at the descriptions of our products a delivery time of 3 to 5 days is mostly shown. This period is for deliveries inside Germany at the fixed price of EUR3,95. Because of longer delivery times to foreign countries (also inside EU) the order will take some days more to be delivered to you.

The goods we ship will be in your possession only at the time of receipt. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you are liable for the goods as well as for the possible subsequent loss or damage.

We only ship your order once it has been fully paid to us by money transfer or if you've chosen one of the other possibilities of payment that are handled by PayPal and when we've received the confirmation about that from PayPal.

Although we do our best to deliver quickly, things can sometimes go wrong. If there are any delays in receiving your order, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate further. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact us. However, Rainbowshop is not responsible for any delays in delivery or any consequences thereof. If it's important to receive your order by a certain date, please let us know in advance to see what we can do to get it done in time.

If your goods have been damaged in any way, please let us know as soon as possible.

Delivery Delays

Although we do our best to deliver quickly, things can sometimes go wrong. If there are any delays in receiving your order, please contact us to try to do the best for you. If you wish to cancel a delayed item, please contact us. However, Rainbowshop is not responsible for any delays in delivery or any consequences thereof. If it's important to receive your order by a certain date, please let us know.


Prices and Terms of Payment

We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time and the right to remove products from sale at any time. Sale prices are valid while stock lasts. Rainbowshop reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time. It is not guaranteed that pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of a product. We also reserve the right regarding any typographical errors on the site, and the right to adjust any pricing errors that may occur.

However, after accepting an order we will not change the price of the ordered goods.

You can pay your order with a Visa or MasterCard credit card, via PayPal or bank transfer.

For payment method “Direct Debit”, you authorize our respective financial service providers to collect the invoice’s amount by direct debit from your account. You commit to ensure the necessary funds are available in your account to pay the invoice and to compensate the resulting fees (e.g., chargeback fees, bank charges, handling costs) in case of an unsuccessful debit.

In cooperation with PayPal we offer you “Payment per Invoice” as an additional payment option. With this payment you always receive the goods first and then have 14 days to pay the invoice. You never have to give us or PayPal your account details and you pay only when you receive your order. Unfortunately with this payment option, delivery to an address other than the invoice (billing) address is not possible. We ask you for your understanding.

If you choose to pay with credit card, the total value of your order will be "frozen" on your bank account once you have placed your order. If the "frozen" amount on your card has been authorized by your bank or credit institution, PayPal will charge your card with the value of the goods to be sent only right before they are shipped. Please note that this “frozen” amount on your card or the charge of the amount does not imply an acceptance of your order. Our contract is effective as soon as we confirm the shipment of your order or the first part of it by e-mail.



You always have the right to return the goods within 14 days after the receipt of the goods, no matter why (e.g. wrong delivery, dislike of one or more products, no need anymore). We're always interested in why you send back the goods but you don't have to give us any reason for doing it.

If you do not like a purchased product, you don't want it anymore, if it's defective or if it has been damaged during delivery you can return it to us within 14 days after receipt. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send off the item within this time limit. Please handle and pack the goods with care to avoid new damages. Once the return is processed, we can exchange it or refund the amount. If it's damaged please contact us by e-mail before sending it off and an attached photo would be very helpful to decide whether it's necessary to send it back us to receive a correct replacement or refund.

Please pay the fee for the return and if it's our fault that you have to return the good(s) we'll of course pay back the cost of shipping afterwards to your bank or PayPal account. Shortly after we've received the return we'll send you a replacement or a refund to your account. If the value of the goods is over 40 Euros we'll always pay the return fee.

Please note: As long as you do not return the goods for which we have granted a refund or we haven't received it, we can't pay any refund. But once we received it we'll pay the refund as soon as possible within a few days.

When you order at Rainbowshop, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. The agreement is established when your order is placed.



The contract between you (customer) and us (publisher) is subject to German law. The place of jurisdiction is Hamburg.

Failure to enforce rights created by this contract or their omission by any part does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

If a term or condition of a contract is invalid or legally unenforceable, it will be deleted and will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions in the contract.

Except for you (customer) and us (publisher), no other party has the right to plead or allege any term or condition of a contract between this two parts.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these conditions at any time without previous notice.

Security and Privacy / Personal Data

When you place an order in our web shop, we get your personal information. We only use your personal data to process your order, to deliver the goods as well as for other limited purposes. The gathering and use of your personal data is subject to the terms and conditions stated in our Privacy Policy, which you can read here.

Your personal information is protected by the Data Protection Act. This law is based on an EU directive from 1995 which increases the protection of individuals' privacy with respect to the increased number of records and compilations stored electronically. Rainbowshop is Data Controller regarding all personal information you provide to us, or that we may have access to when you purchase from us or visit our web site. The information will only be used for the purpose intended and to fulfil our commitments to you. To this end, we also need to be able to transfer this information to our partners. The information collected for the customer to make a purchase is used for this purpose only and will not be shared with any third party, except in connection with the order process.

Only our shipping partners receive your address and delivery information. In practice this means that this type of information is outside our direct control.

If you want us to delete your data please let us know and we'll delete all information about you as soon as possible.
